You are invited to join us for the Connect Community Health Fair. The Connect Community Health Fair is a unique opportunity to interact with inclusive and affirming health and wellness providers. They want you to know that they value their relationship with you and all members of the LGBTQ+ community. Some of them are LGBT-owned or operated; all others identify as community-friendly. Every one of our exhibitors and sponsors is looking forward to meeting you to show what they can offer.

The Health Fair will reach out to all ages with a primary goal of health education. You will learn about providers and services in the area that will treat you with respect and dignity. 

We in the community frequently ask each other “do you have an LGBT+ friendly doctor/ financial planner/ therapist/ fill in the blank?” We want to learn about and support businesses and organizations that value us as consumers. Through this Health Fair, you will be able to connect with them on your own terms.

Among our many exhibitors, you will find services such as  health care providers, financial advisors, community services, and so much more. If you have a health or wellness need, it will likely be answered here at the Connect Community Health Fair.
